The Service contains mature, adult-oriented content and is intended solely for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use it. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We may verify age and may suspend or terminate accounts that do not.

All characters, personalities, images, voices, and messages on Buddye are works of fiction generated by artificial intelligence. They are not real people, do not represent any real individual, and do not make statements of fact. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental. AI-generated conversations may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected.

The Service is provided for entertainment and companionship only. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice and must not be relied on as such. If you are in crisis or need help, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

You agree not to use the Service to create, request, upload, or share any content that:

• sexualizes, depicts, or involves minors in any way — we have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and will report violations to the authorities;
• depicts real, identifiable people in sexual or intimate contexts without their consent, including deepfakes;
• is unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or threatening, or that promotes violence or self-harm;
• infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• attempts to bypass safety systems, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion.

You are responsible for the content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service — for example, to power memory and personalization. You retain ownership of the content you create.

Some features use credits or paid plans. Prices and credit costs may change. Except where required by law, purchases and credits are non-refundable and have no cash value. Credits are a limited licence to access features, not property.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buddye is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
